My eldest sister taught me how to make ice candy before but the recipe that she taught was just ordinary recipe. So one day I was thinking if I could make a better and yummy ice candy. The recipe that I'm using now I didn’t learned it easily. I have some failures at first but I tried to make a simple experiment because I needed to improve my recipe for our daily needs.
I'm not good in business, to be honest… especially when it comes to having a little chat with the customer that I'm not comfortable to talk to because I'm so shy and I'm not patience. I get easily distracted and disappointed by rude customers. So I'm better online but it wasn’t successful because I don’t have enough capital and I have internet problem that time so I have no choice but to continue our ice candy product.
Though we are not successful in this kind of business, we are still selling it because it's like it's the trademark of our store that people knew that we have the yummiest and creamiest ice candy in our place. Our customers are keep coming back even if our competitors trying to beat us down by pulling them to buy to them not to ours. They are really competitive, thing I don’t do. Customer has their own freedom where they want to buy.
Here in my post, I would like to share my own recipe.
Here are my Recipe for a Creamier and Yummier Black Chocolate Ice Candy:
1/2 kilo of Premium Injoy Black Forest Shake Powder
1 Nestle All Purpose Cream 250 ml
1 Alaska Condensed Milk 300 ml
1 Alaska Evaporated Milk 370 ml
2 kilos of White Sugar
When you taste it you can uhmmm.. You know add sugar or add water base on your taste just in case you're not satisfied. I'm not good in measurements so I mixed up everything by it's package. But this is my Complete Measurement of my recipe and I loved it. Nestle cream, evaporated and condensed milk added creamier taste to the ice candy ordinary recipe. The sweetened taste are for the kids. And I chose black chocolate because I was bored to the ordinary color and taste of a chocolate flavor, I wanted darker color and more chocolate taste. I can say I didn’t failed to choose those recipe.
Here in country you can sell it from 2 pesos to 5 pesos but it depends on the location. If you will use 1 and 1/2 size of ice candy plastic to sell it you make up to 400 pcs. I can't sell my ice candy for worth 3 pesos because it will be expensive for the kids. My competitors are selling ordinary ice candy or juice for only 1 pesos but there are many kids in our area and adults also that knows which can satisfy their taste. Believe me it's delicious.
If it helped you or not please leave a comment that I might learned something else from you. Or maybe you have better ingredients that you want to share that might improve mine too.
That's all thank you so much for reading my blog =)
